Hereinafter referred to as the “SELLER.”
1.2. Buyer
The BUYER is the customer who places an order through performancecc.org and whose full name, delivery address, billing address, phone number, and email address are collected during the order process.
The BUYER’s details consist of the information entered in the order form and displayed on the order confirmation screen, which form an integral part of this Agreement.
2. Subject of the Agreement
The subject of this Agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale, delivery, right of withdrawal, return conditions, and related matters concerning the book or books ordered electronically by the BUYER through performancecc.org.
3. Product, Price and Payment Information
The product name, quantity, unit price, total sales price, shipping fee, total amount including taxes, payment method, and delivery details are shown on the order confirmation screen reviewed by the BUYER.
The BUYER acknowledges that they have reviewed the product details, total amount, any applicable shipping fee, and payment details before confirming the order.
4. Delivery
4.1. The ordered product shall be prepared following payment confirmation and delivered to the address provided by the BUYER during the order process.
4.2. The product shall be delivered within the estimated delivery period stated on the order screen. Unless another delivery period is expressly stated, the product shall be delivered no later than 30 days from the date on which the order reaches the SELLER.
4.3. Any applicable shipping fee is separately stated during the order process. No additional fee beyond the total amount approved by the BUYER shall be charged.
4.4. If the BUYER notices that the package is torn, crushed, wet, opened, or visibly damaged at the time of delivery, the BUYER may request a report from the courier and refuse delivery of the package.
4.5. If the supply of the ordered product becomes impossible, the SELLER shall notify the BUYER within 3 days of becoming aware of the situation and refund all payments received within 14 days.
5. Right of Withdrawal
5.1. The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date of delivery, without stating any reason and without paying any penalty.
5.2. The withdrawal request must be sent by email, clearly stating the order number, full name, and return request, to:

5.3. After sending the withdrawal notice, the BUYER must hand over the product to the carrier for return within 14 days.
5.4. The SELLER shall refund all payments received, including delivery costs where applicable, within 14 days after the returned product is handed over to the designated carrier. The refund shall be made using the same payment method used by the BUYER during the purchase.
6. Return Conditions for Book Products
6.1. For books containing shrink wrap, packaging, tape, seals, or similar protective elements, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised once such protective element has been opened.
6.2. Books with unopened protective packaging must be returned together with all included items, such as bookmarks, supplementary materials, promotional products, and other accessories.
6.3. If the book has been written on, drawn in, folded, torn, stained, wet, exposed to odor, or otherwise damaged beyond normal inspection, the BUYER may be held responsible for the resulting loss in value.
6.4. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for books prepared specifically for the customer, including personalized, named, signed, specially messaged, or custom-made books.
6.5. The BUYER’s legal rights are reserved for incorrect, missing, defective, or damaged products.
7. Return Shipping Process
7.1. Before returning a product under the right of withdrawal, the BUYER must contact the SELLER.
7.2. When the carrier designated by the SELLER is used for the return, the BUYER will not be charged a return shipping fee.
7.3. If no carrier has been specified for returns, or if the specified carrier does not have a branch in the BUYER’s location, the return process shall be handled without additional cost to the BUYER.

8. Incorrect, Missing or Damaged Products
If the BUYER receives an incorrect, missing, damaged, or defective product, the BUYER should contact the SELLER at melis.esinduy@performancecc.org, providing the order number and, where possible, photographs of the product and packaging.
If the issue is determined to be caused by the SELLER, the product may be replaced, resent, or refunded. In such cases, all shipping costs shall be covered by the SELLER.
9. Resolution of Disputes
Turkish law shall apply to the implementation of this Agreement.
In the event of a dispute, the BUYER may apply to Consumer Arbitration Committees within the applicable monetary limits or, where appropriate, to Consumer Courts following the mandatory mediation process where required by law.
10. Entry into Force
By confirming the order electronically, the BUYER declares that they have read, understood, and accepted all provisions of this Agreement.
This Agreement enters into force electronically when the BUYER confirms the order.
