2. Delivery Process
Book orders placed through performancecc.org are prepared after payment confirmation and handed over to the shipping carrier.
Delivery times may vary depending on product availability, delivery address, carrier workload, public holidays, and extraordinary circumstances. Unless a different delivery date is stated during the ordering process, products will be delivered within the legal period and no later than 30 days.
Once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, tracking information will be shared with the customer via the email address and/or phone number provided during the order process.
If the package appears torn, crushed, wet, opened, or visibly damaged at the time of delivery, the customer is advised to request a damage report from the courier and refuse delivery of the package.
3. Order Cancellation
Orders that have not yet been handed over to the shipping carrier may be cancelled.
Cancellation requests must be sent to melis.esinduy@performancecc.org, together with the order number. Approved cancellations will be refunded using the same payment method used for the order.
For orders already handed over to the shipping carrier, the withdrawal and return provisions below shall apply.
4. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days from the date of delivery, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.
Customers wishing to exercise their right of withdrawal must send a clear written notice including their full name, order number, and return request to melis.esinduy@performancecc.org.
After submitting the withdrawal notice, the product must be handed over to the carrier for return within 10 days. The seller will refund the payment within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice, using the same payment method used by the customer during the purchase.
5. Return Conditions for Books
The following conditions apply to the return of book products:
If the book has shrink wrap, sealing, tape, packaging, or another protective element, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised once this protective element has been opened.
Books with unopened protective packaging must be returned with all included items, such as bookmarks, supplementary materials, promotional products, or other accessories.
Return requests may be subject to review if the book has been written on, drawn in, folded, torn, stained, wet, damaged, or used beyond ordinary inspection.
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for personalized books, books bearing a customer’s name, signed books, books with special messages, or products prepared specifically for the customer.
Customers’ legal rights are reserved in cases involving incorrect, missing, damaged, or defective products.

Once the contracted return carrier has been determined, it will also be stated in this policy and in the preliminary information form. Returns sent through the designated carrier will not incur a return shipping fee for the customer.
7. Incorrect, Missing, or Damaged Products
If an order is delivered incorrectly, incompletely, damaged, or defective, customers may contact us at melis.esinduy@performancecc.org with their order number and, where possible, photos of the product and packaging.
If the issue is confirmed to be caused by the seller, the customer may receive a replacement product, a new shipment, or a refund. All shipping costs in such cases will be covered by the seller.
8. Refunds
For products returned in accordance with the return conditions, the refund will be processed after the necessary review and returned using the original payment method.
Depending on the processing time of banks or payment service providers, it may take several business days for the refunded amount to appear in the customer’s account. Refunds made under the right of withdrawal will be processed without additional charges or deductions for the customer.
